E-ZY MIX helps save time and cost
From the Thai research about natural rubber molecular weight minimization, it's found that trying to reduce 80 unit ML of 50kg ribbed smoke sheets to be 55 unit, requires a 150 hp machine to masticate and takes 5 minutes in doing so.
By superceding RSS with E-ZY MIX developed by RYC which possess 55-60 ML, help save 5min processing time of mastication (by 150 hp machine) and save electricity consumption by 9 units.
In addition, when the processing time is reduced, the machine maintenance cost is also contracted leading to the increase of machine lifetime by 20-25%. Moreover the labor cost would be cut off following the reduced process.
